 Shezwan Dosa Recipe



Ingredients :

2 cups fermented flour of dosa

For stuffing: 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 medium pumpkin chilli, vertical thin chopped 1 medium onion, vertical thin chopped 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 1/2 carrot, vertical thin slice 1/2 bowl cooked noodles 1 teaspoon oil

Other materials:

Shezwan sauce, oil as needed, to be released while making dosa

 

Action:

1) Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic and chilli to it and return. Then add vegetables, noodles and mix. Add soy sauce and toss it. Keep the mixture aside. 2) Spread dosa flour on the frying pan and add a thin dosa. Leave the oil on the side. Spread 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of shejwan sauce from the dosa. Spread a little saran in the middle. When the dosa becomes red on one side, roll it into 2 inch pieces of dosha and serve it.
