When the summer begins, cold foods attract you. In the afternoon sun, it
feels like drinking something cold. However, we often avoid it because we have
to go out to the hotel somewhere to drink cold, or we do not get time from
work. But how cool it would be if you could make one such cold dish at home. So

Ingredients for making lassi
Curd – 1/2 litre
Milk – one cup
Cream – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts – 5
Almonds – 5

Now you have to prepare lassi after collecting all these ingredients. So
friends let's know the process of making lassi.
In the beginning, take curd in a bowl and mix it well for 35 to 45 seconds.
Once this process is complete, now add sugar to it and once again insert the
mixture until it is homogeneous. Now i want to mix cold milk with curd and get
it intrusive again. This procedure should be done for 3 to 4 minutes and then
the lassi should be kept in the refrigerator to cool down. If you don't have a
refrigerator, you can add ice cubes to it.
Cashewnuts and almonds are to be chopped into pieces until the lassi cools
down. Also, fresh cream is to be taken out in a pot. After a while the lassi
cools down so that it is taken in a serving glass and put the cashew and almond
pieces on the lassi.
